Sales, promotions and discount codes*.

  1. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. (unless stated)
  2. The code needs to be applied at checkout for the discount to apply. 
  3. We will not refund you for missed sales and/or missed code application.
  4. Discount refunds will not be given for missed code application or non applied discounts, please check the discount is taken off the amount before paying.
  5. Discount or offers cannot be used before or after the offer/discount dates.
  6. Discounted items are non-refundable.
  7. Sales/discounts are non-transferable.
  8. If you use a promo code/deal for a reduced price and/or free item and you return part of your order that made this eligible, the discount/deal will no longer be eligible, and you will be charged for the outstanding amount for the item/s in the promotion which would no longer apply, including shipping (if applicable).

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned for refund, excluding the 10% off first time customer purchase promotion on full priced items only.

Credits are given for exchanges, excluding final sale items that are non-returnable.*

Bundle, Mix & Match Deals 

For deals that include a free and/or discounted item/s, you are charged for the highest priced item(s) in your cart, and the lesser value items will be free/discounted. 

Bundle/pack sales, 5 for 4 etc. you must add items in increments of 5. Any additional items added will count towards an additional pack. For example: If you add 6 items during a pack sale the 6th item will be starting your additional pack. Buy 4 get 1 free, buy 8 get 2 free etc.

Please contact Customer Support for information on specific return instructions. Sale and deal items are non-refundable, however, credits might be available. Please note, final sale items added to these offers are non-returnable. If you return part of your order that made this offer eligible, the discount/offer will no longer be eligible, and you will be charged for the outstanding amount for the item/s in the promotion which would no longer apply.

Shipping costs are not refunded for order add ons or extra orders that takes it over the free shipping threshold if bundled.
