Shipping Information
Please note that delivery delays with Australia Post may occur, which are beyond our control. However, we believe the wait will be worth it. 😃

Fulfilment Process
Your order will typically be fulfilled within 1-5 business days, depending on demand. Please anticipate additional delays during new product launches and sales. Currently, we are operating at a dispatch time frame of 1-3 business days.
Important Note on Shipping
Choosing express shipping means your order will be shipped via Australia Post’s express service, which is faster than standard shipping. However, please be aware that express shipping does not equate to express order fulfilment. It only reflects the speed of shipping once your order is dispatched.
As of now, express shipping is not guaranteed by Australia Post, but it is prioritised and generally faster than standard shipping. Selecting express does not mean you will skip the fulfilment queue.

- + $3 for signature required.
Parcels may be left in a safe place or taken to the post office, we have no control over this. Use MyPost to manage your deliveries with AusPost. Consider a Parcel Locker or "signature required" if safety is an issue.
International Shipping:
We’ve reduced our product prices and replaced flat-rate shipping with fair, weight-based shipping. This way, you only pay for what it actually costs to ship your order, making things more transparent and more affordable for you

Shipping Times
Please allow the following timeframes for standard tracked shipping:
- Australian Orders: 2-14 business days
- International Orders: 7-30 business days

Shipping Policy on Customs Fees, Taxes, and Duties
Please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your order’s destination and fulfilment location. These fees vary based on the order value, local laws, and customs regulations in the destination country. As such, we do not collect, pay, or assume responsibility for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred.
Important:
Any customs fees, import duties, and related taxes are your responsibility and must be paid directly to the appropriate authorities in your country. Unpaid taxes or customs fees may result in your package being returned to us or destroyed by customs authorities. You will be liable for any associated product, return, handling, or processing costs.
We will not re-ship items returned due to customs issues, as the likelihood of recurrence is high. We cannot absorb any related costs on your behalf. Please note that all online prices do NOT include overseas duties, clearance or handling charges, and other potential customs or import fees.
Before purchasing, we recommend checking with your country's customs service regarding any applicable fees. Unfortunately, we cannot offer reimbursement for international duties and handling charges, and we do not provide assistance in this process.
Wrong Address Policy
If the address provided is deemed insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment may be returned to our facility or, in some cases, destroyed. You must notify us as soon as possible if you encounter any address issues, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for monitoring the accuracy of the information provided or tracking updates; therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are correct and to monitor your order’s tracking status.
If you become aware of an address issue, you must contact the shipping courier directly to attempt to redirect the order. You will be responsible for any Return-to-Sender (RTS) costs incurred, as well as any reshipment fees once an updated address is confirmed, if applicable.
Please note that we are not liable for shipments that are not returned to our facility or that go missing due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Unclaimed Parcels Policy
Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to our facility or, in some cases, destroyed. You will be responsible for any product, return, processing, or handling costs incurred. It is your responsibility to monitor your order's tracking information and to reach out to us regarding any issues, as we will not initiate contact on your behalf. If we do not receive a response from you within 4 weeks from the date the order is marked as unclaimed or Return-to-Sender (RTS), refunds, exchanges, store credits, or reshipments will no longer be available for these items, and they may be donated to charity.
Please note that we are not liable for shipments that are not returned to our facility or that go missing if they go unclaimed at the destination.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for any shipments that are sent to an incorrect address, go unclaimed, or are returned to us for any reason. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for orders that are reported as missing or lost after delivery has been confirmed.
Delivery Address
We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address, such as your workplace, a parcel locker, or a PO Box, to ensure the safe receipt of your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen.
